Me messy mold making.....

Ohhhh i don't this often but had an little order that involved mold making.
And what a mess i make when i make these....men...

This was part one - making the molds.
The first items will come from the kiln soon - to show.

Bismarck is the son of the international artist José Ortiz Bracamonte, who's work can been seen in the collection of Pura vida Interior. Also his mother, Angela Potosme is a ceramic artist.

Test tiles and Sample - little samples!!

Finally she has started - making ceramic samples for her torso series......
We are looking for a soft color tone and with oxides.
Samples are so important - at least for me.
As a ceramic artist and teacher it is hard to get students to make them - but you learn so much about them!!

This little guy has to be fired again!!

Tea for two #1

Het was echt te lang geleden maar heb weer eens een thee potje gemaakt.
Een kleine die in je hand past :)
Met de {voor mij} vrij nieuwe mishima techniek.

It has been a to long while but í made some teapots - little ones.
A small one that almost fits in your hand.
With the {for me} new decoration technic mishima.

Mishima is een japanse inkras en kleur techniek.
Witte bloemen en een rood stippel lijntje.

Een van de belangrijke dingen aan een theepot is dat ze lekker schenkt en niet na drupt.
En deze doet het prima.

Ben mijn weg een beetje aan het vinden met de E-Cursus.
Het is even wennen - maar ik vind het tegek - kan in mijn eigen tijd aan de slag ermee.
Hier de beginselen van de ooeroude maar voor mij nieuwe techniek - Mishima.
Fragiel, verfijnd en hiopelijk erg mooi ;)
